For Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
Change of Mind or Unwanted Products: If you change your mind or no longer want the product, please contact us before the order is shipped to request a refund. Cancelled orders that are done after shipping has been done and do not meet the requirements listed in No1 above will not be eligible for refund.
